What's included in Callouts Premium

Your membership unlocks the full library — thousands of downloadable files across video backgrounds, motion graphics, 3D assets, sound effects, music, PowerPoint templates, Camtasia templates, and icon sets. See the Pricing page for a full breakdown.

We are constantly working on new materials, and it will be added on a regular basis. Our aim is to add hundreds of files every month. You also have the Limited Editions section which feature amazing new files every month.

All Membership files hosted on Callouts are Royalty-Free. This means that you can freely use them for private, commercial and educational purposes. However you cannot resell, share or give away the files as-is, without adding substantial value. Please see our License Agreement for more details.

How do I find files

Everything lives under Creative Assets page. You can filter by category — Video, 3D, Sound, Templates, Icons, and Camtasia — or use the search bar at the top of every page. All files are tagged with keywords.

Files are grouped into seven main categories: Audio, Free, Images, Limited Editions, Templates, Tools, and Videos. Each category page lists sub-collections.

We'd love to hear your request. Send us a note through the contact form and we'll consider it for an upcoming drop.

Billing & payment plans

A monthly plan at $37/month and an annual plan at $99/year (save $345). Group plans for 5+ seats are available on request.

All major credit cards and PayPal. Payments are processed by our provider FastSpring.

Contact us at least one business day before your next renewal and we'll close the subscription. You keep access through the end of the paid period.

Because of licensing costs we can't offer refunds, but you can cancel at any time and your account remains active until the paid period ends.

The cleanest path is to cancel the current plan and re-subscribe on the new one.

Monthly plans renew every month on the sign-up date. Annual plans renew once a year. Cancel any time to stop future billing.

Lost username or password

On the login page, click 'Forgot?' at top right corner of the 'Password' field, then follow the reset instructions sent to your email.

Reach out through the contact form with the email tied to your account and we'll send your username back.
