Briefly about the position

We’re looking for a reliable and skilled Webmaster/Virtual Assistant to help manage and grow two of our creative platforms: Callouts.com and SoftwareCasa. Your core responsibility will be to maintain the health, functionality, and content of our WordPress websites.

This includes uploading new creative assets, ensuring the site and plugins are updated and secure, managing backups, fixing SEO issues, and integrating external tools. You’ll also help coordinate a major site upgrade project planned for Fall 2025, which may include external contractors.

Bonus points if you have skills in graphic design, music, or video editing using Adobe tools or AI software.

This is a remote, part-time, long-term role for someone detail-oriented, trustworthy, and proactive.

Details

Part-time, 5-10 hours per week. Could be more, could be less. It could be intense periods, when we release new creative assets, and calmer periods in between.
If crises demand it, being able to jump in on short notice and work during weekends, for example.
Flexible times. You can work more or less when it suits you, except during “crises”.

We typically need 5–10 hours per week, but it can vary from 3 to 20 hours depending on current workload. Hours are somewhat flexible, but we may occasionally need to speak with you during your evening (our daytime in Europe). Does this arrangement work for you?
